Bako Sahakyan convokes meeting of Security Council
On 16 March, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan chaired a meeting of the Security Council.
The meeting focused on a range of issues related to the country's domestic and foreign policy, as well as preparatory activities of the 2016 spring sowing.
Heads of concerned bodies delivered corresponding reports.
