Newly appointed Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Levon Yolyan after the Government sitting promised journalists to be public and transparent, “Simply every issue must have its time.” What will the newly appointed Minister do for decreasing electricity prices, “I myself, as a citizen and a minister, would like to have moderate electricity price. Naturally, I must try, examine, and make promises only if possible.”
