Flowers in memory of 10 victims
A number of political forces, social and political figures, today have been laying flowers and wreaths at the statue of Alexander Myasnikyan in memory of 10 innocent victims of March 1st, 2008.
Until today no one has been brought to account for March 1st events. People gathered here are sure that sooner or later the people responsible will be brought to account.
Eight years ago on this day, at dawn, the citizens protesting against the results of the presidential elections were forcibly removed from Liberty Square. Ten citizens of the Republic of Armenia were killed in the territory near Myasnikyan Statue.
