NKR Foreign Minister receives Head of the ICRC Mission in Karabakh
On February 29, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, Karen Mirzoyan, received the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross Mission (ICRC) in Nagorno Karabakh, Dragoslav Blazevic.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged opinions on a wide range of issues of mutual interest and discussed the implementation of the ICRC’s upcoming programs in the NKR.
