Situation is again tense at Malatia fair market
The employees and the leadership of Malatia fair market again didn’t come to an agreement. Today most of the stalls again aren’t operating. They complain of high rents for the stalls. “The director says that he is decreasing the rent by AMD 20 000, but we are to pay the taxation, AMD 30 000. It turns out that we must pay AMD 10 000 more,” said Narine, one of the employees. According to her words, they pay AMD 150.000 rent per month, but there is no trade, there are few customers. “The rent must be made at least AMD 85 000, or else we will free the stalls,” she said. At the moment some of the employees are having a meeting with the Director; there are many police officers in the territory of the fait market.
