Zaruhi Postanjyan: Arman Tatoyan served the interests of HHK (video)
“Arman Tatoyan served the interests of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) while representing the Republic of Armenia before the European Court of Human Rights for two years,” Zaruhi Postanjyan, a representative of the Heritage faction, said in the National Assembly today. “For two years, Mr Tatoyan did not allow the ECHR to register the existence of political prisoners in Armenia, to announce that Armenia violated the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights.” She said Arman Tatoyan is ‘a faceless’ figure but the Ombudsman should be someone whom people know and trust. Zaruhi Postanjyan said she was going to vote against Tatoyan.
