Action near Nubarashen penitentiary in support of Gevorg Safaryan
A group of citizens will be holding a one-day action near the Nubarashen penitentiary in support of civil activist Gevorg Safaryan and other political prisoners. A series of events are planned to be held during the day, including meetings and discussions with former political prisoners, lecturers on human rights, film screening, performance of national songs and dances. Gathering at Liberty Square at 4p.m. the participants will head for the prison, the joint opposition headquarters of the New Armenian Public Salvation Front reports.
