Offenders' Rehabilitation Centre SNCO of the RA Ministry of Justice in cooperation with the Armavir Penitentiary has launched courses for inmates. Over 35 prisoners involved in the courses get expert advice on ceramics and pottery, glazing technology and contemporary arts, woodworking and furniture making, as well as computer.
