Special ceremony in Mataghis
On 16 February Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Martakert region. In the settlement of Mataghis he partook in a solemn ceremony of handing over keys from a newly-built apartment building to a group of the Defense Army servicemen. Thereafter Bako Sahakyan was present at a groundbreaking ceremony of new apartment building for Defense Army servicemen held in the Martakert regional center. The President expressed gratitude to philanthropist from Moscow Rouben Grigoryan for assisting these programs qualifying it as an exemplary manifestation of patriotism. The Head of the State underlined that amelioration of the servicemen's social conditions would further on be at the spotlight of the State.
