Ministry: All roads open in Armenia
No precipitation was reported in Armenia as of 9:30 a.m., says the Ministry of Transport and Communications. All roads of interstate and republican importance are open. Snow removal activities continue on the roads round the clock. The Ministry says snow removal crews work around the clock.
