We have again started living on collecting debts; such families will break down sooner or later, today announced the NA lawmaker Zaruhi Postanjyan. The credit agreement “Additional Financing of the Lifeline Road Network Improvement Project” signed between the RA and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development on August 26, 2015 is being discussed at the NA.
