Kamo Areyan: Purchase of expensive bandy and glasses was justified

First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Kamo Areyan today spoke about the expensive brandy and glasses purchased by the Municipality in 2015. “They were not bought by Taron Margaryan. The Municipality always approves the budget and all expenses are justified and reasonable, they are done for the community,” Mr Areyan said. In 2015, the Yerevan Municipality signed a deal with the Yerevan Cognac Factory to buy 30 million AMD of the Armenian produced brandy. The municipality also paid 1,5 million drams to buy three silver glasses adorned with semi-precious stones .
