Are Armenian delegates at PACE or at Mejlis?
“It is nothing but indictment against Armenia,” announced Armenian delegate Armen Rustamyan at the PACE session during the discussion of two anti-Armenian resolutions. He thinks that they [the resolutions] are one-sided, especially, when the rapporteurs haven’t been in Armenia. The Azerbaijani propaganda is presented, highlighted Armen Rustamyan and asked a question, “Are we at the PACE or at Mejlis?”
