Boris Navasardyan: Armenia failed to fulfill its obligations

Since Armenia's accession to the Council of Europe on 25 January 2001, the country assumed certain commitments. In particular, the country was to introduce reforms in the field of human rights and democracy. Speaking about Armenia’s progress towards honoring its commitments and obligations, Boris Navasardyan, Chairman of the Yerevan Press Club, said ‘the country failed to fulfill its obligations.’ Details in the video.
