Black ice and storm on some roads
The RA Ministry of Transport and Communication informs that on January 21 as of 09:30 there is no precipitation in the republic. There is black ice on some parts of Goris-Sisian highway. Due to storm and low visibility Vardenyats mountain pass (from Martuni side) is closed in one direction. Interstate and republican highways are open. In order to ensure safe traffic the roads are being cleaned with salt and sand. In order to refrain from accidents, incidents and traffic jams the RA Ministry of Transport and Communication urges drivers to use winter tires. The RA Ministry of Transport and Communication
