Defense Army suffers no losses during shooting
According to the operative data of the Defense Army, from January 10-16 at the Line of Contact between the opposing forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan the adversary fired more than 3000 shots in the direction of the Armenian positions from weapons of different caliber including 60 mm mortars, RPG-7 and HAN-17 grenade launchers. Besides the abovementioned period on January 14 the adversary initiated subversive penetration attempt toward the eastern direction of the Line of Contact. The DA vanguard units timely spotted the advancement of the Azerbaijan’s special units and took relevant preventive measures. As a result, the adversary suffered at least two losses, the other members of the group ran away. The Defense Army suffered no losses during the shooting.
