Border situation discussed in Artsakh
On 22 December President Bako Sahakyan chaired a meeting of the Security Council. Issues related to the current situation along the Karabakh-Azerbaijani borderline, the process and results of the Telethone-2015 as well as programs to be realized were on the agenda of the meeting. Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan and Prime Minister Arayik Haroutyunyan delivered corresponding reports. The Head of the State gave concrete instructions to the NKR Cabinet of Ministers and the Defense Ministry for proper implementation of the discussed issues.
