Russia expects 'substantive dialogue' on Karabakh settlement
Russia hopes that Armenia and Azerbaijan will be able to start a substantive dialogue on the principles of the Karabakh peace deal, , RIA Novosti cited Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich as saying. He added that the recent meeting of the President of Armenia and Azerbaijan is “considerable progress” towards the resolution of the conflict.
