Warlick: Armenia-Azerbaijan summit concluded with a toast
The OSCE Co-Chairs will issue a statement on the Armenia-Azerbaijan summit later today. The Armenia-Azerbaijan summit concluded with a toast to 2016 to work towards a negotiated settlement, reports the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick on his Twitter page.
