Another Armenian soldier killed by Azerbaijani troops
An Armenian soldier was fatally wounded in a fresh ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan. The Defense Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic says Vardan Vardanyan (born in 1994) was hit by a bullet fired from the Azerbaijani positions at around 08:50am, December 11, while on combat duty at a military unit stationed in the eastern direction of the Contact Line separating the Karabakh-Azerbaijani troops. The NKR Defense Army shares the grief of the heavy loss, expressing its solidarity with the family, friends and fellow servicemen of the killed soldier.
