HAK trustee: “Head of the committee lay on table and register” (video)
At 2/36 polling station in Nor-Nork 9th district, 18-year-old Tatevik Karapetyan as the trustee of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) followed the course of the referendum. She registered several violations. “I noticed for many times that the head of our committee lay on the table and the register with a pen and a stamp in his hand, I gave him a reprimand and he stood up. At 19:14 he pulled me aside and at that moment 30-40 men entered and I saw them stuffing ballots into the ballot box,” she told “A1+”.
