Eduard Sharmazanov switches off Postanjyan's microphone (video)
At the start of the four-day sitting of the Armenian National Assembly, Heritage Party lawmaker Zaruhi Postanjyan tried to speak about the constitutional referendum held in Armenia on Sunday, December 6. Hardly had she started her speech, when NA Vice-Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov switched off her microphone saying she was violating the NA Rules of Procedure.
