Yes outnumbers No: Preliminary results of constitutional referendum revealed
Based on the vote count in 1976 polling stations, 63,35% of voters said "Yes" in the Sunday referendum which is to determine Armenia's switch to a parliamentary system. As of the results published at 2.00 am, 32,34 % of voters said "No."
