Bako Sahakyan holds press conference in Moscow
On 12 November at the headquarters of the "Regnum" news agency in Moscow Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held a press-conference for Russia's leading mass media representatives.
President Sahakyan presented state-building process, socioeconomic development and foreign policy of Artsakh, as well as answered the questions raised by the journalists.
In his speech Bako Sahakyan outlined that the Russian Federation held a special place on the foreign policy agenda of Artsakh touching upon a wide array of historical, cultural, geopolitical and human relations.
President Sahakyan highlighted such contacts considering them important in terms of developing bilateral relations, acquiring objective information on Artsakh and establishing practical connections.
