Parliament gives green light to voting by ID card (video)
The National Assembly today passed the second reading of the bill proposed by Republican lawmakers on making addenda in the Election Code and in the law on Identity Cards with a vote 74 to 13. There were 18 abstentions. The bill proposes to provide an opportunity for citizens to vote in the December 6 constitutional referendum with identification cards.
