Armenian FM attends UNESCO conference
Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian today participated in the 38th session of the UNESCO General Conference in Paris. Minister Nalbandian also delivered a speech at the plenary session held on the sidelines of the event. The conference was attended by high-ranking delegations from the 195 UNESCO member states. The participants are to approve a budget and plan of actions outlining the organization's activities for the coming couple of years. They are also expected to elect members of the UNESCO governing bodies, the Foreign Ministry’s Press service reports.
