If the Prosperous Armenia Party (the BHK) votes in favor of the constitutional amendments, it doesn’t mean that the problems disappear in our country, said member of Yerevan Council of Elders BHK faction Tamar Poghosyan. But she has understood that one phenomenon will disappear in our country after the abolition of presidential system of government: the people won’t complain of the electoral fraud after the presidential elections.
