Violations of ceasefire increased this night
Press service of the NKR MoD informs that on October 23-24 overnight, the violations of the ceasefire regime at the line of contact between the opposing forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan have increased. The adversary used weapons of different caliber including TR-107 rocket and jet unit (3 shells), 60 mm (39 shells) and 82 mm (68 shells) mortars, and RPG-7 (2 shells) and HAN-17 (17 shells) grenade launchers. The violations have been particularly intense in the eastern and north-eastern directions of the line of contact. In general, during the abovementioned period the adversary violated the ceasefire between the opposing forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan more than 90 times, during which about 2000 rounds were fired towards the Armenian positions. As a result of the preventive actions of the defense army vanguards the attacking actions of the adversary were quelled.
