Lifer Soghomon Kocharyan released (video)
Short time ago lifer Soghomon Kocharyan was released according to the decision of Court of General Jurisdictions of Yerevan Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts. Both Interdepartmental Medical Commission and the Prosecutor’s Office gave positive conclusion on exemption of Soghomon Kocharyan. At the moment Soghomon Kocharyan is in Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center. He has such illnesses, which are inconsistent with the further punishment. To remind, Soghomon Kocharyan was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of an Iranian citizen. Details- later
