Bako Sahakyan signed decrees
President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing Kaylar Michaelyan permanent representative of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic to Australia. According to another Presidential decree Liana Avanesyan was appointed member of the NKR State Commission on Regulating Public Services and Economic Competition with a five years term in office.
