HCAV: Investigative Committee refused to provide information on Gyumri murder case
Earlier in September, legal successors of the Avetisyan family murdered in Armenia’s Gyumri city in January 2015 addressed a letter to G. Aghababyan, an investigator of the Main Department for Cases of Particular Importance of Armenia’s Investigative Committee, asking him for information about the transfer of the high-profile criminal case to Armenian jurisdiction as well as the legal grounds for attaching the case to Criminal Case N 18100115 and the copies of relevant legal acts. They were joined by Artur Sakunts, Chairman of the Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor Office, A. Zalyan, a lawyer of the Office. The full article is available here
