Four servicemen awarded posthumously
On September 26 President Bako Sahakyan signed decrees on awarding. According to the decrees, for courage shown during the defense of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic state borders the "For Service in Battle" medal was awarded posthumously to servicemen of NKR Defense Army Norayr Khachatryan, Robert Mkrtchyan, Karen Shahinyan and Harout Hakobyan.
