Attacking actions of adversary silenced
As the press service of the NKR MoD informs on September 25-26 overnight, Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire regime at the line of contact between Karabakh and Azerbaijan about 100 times. During that period, Azerbaijan fired more than 1000 shots in the direction of Armenian positions from weapons of different caliber including 60 mm (16 shells), 82mm (28 shells), and 120 mm (2 shells) mortars and RPG-7 (1shell) and HAN-17 (30 shells) grenade launchers.
Besides the abovementioned weapons the adversary also used TR-107 rocket and jet unit (12 shells) of Turkish production and, for the first time since the signing of the ceasefire agreement, a 120 mm D-30 gun-howitzer (30 shells) in the direction of Armenian positions (see photos below).
As a result of the response actions taken by the vanguard units of the Defense Army, the adversary’s attacking actions were silenced.
