Live rally: ‘No’ Front starts street protests against constitutional amendments (video)
About 200 citizens have gathered at a central square in Armenia’s Gyumri city to participate in a rally organized by the “No” front which is campaigning against the constitutional amendments proposed by Serzh Sargsyan. The rally declares the start of street rallies against the planned constitutional changes. The rally will be followed by a march along the city’s central streets. Opposition hardliners say the draft constitution is aimed at ensuring ‘reproduction’ of Serzh Sargsyan. The day of the rally in Yerevan will become known today.
