On September 21, former Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Armenia, the RA President’s advisor Armen Movsisyan died at the age of 53. Armen Movsisyan was Minister of Energy, then Minister of Energy and Natural Resources for 13 years, from 2001 to 2014.
