Alexander Arzumanyan: There have always been personal interests behind all constitutional reforms

Speaking at the National Assembly on Friday, lawmaker Alexander Arzumanyan said he did not want to succumb to the temptation and make a hilarious speech. He says he has found out in recent days that Armenia has numerous saviors. “They are swarming everywhere and have a simple recipe: you just need to write" no "or" yes. If everything is that simple, why haven’t you sat idle all these years,” Mr Arzumanyan said. The lawmaker said he was not interested in the authorities’ reasoning and their personal career aspirations. “There have always been personal interests behind all constitutional reforms. I do not expect this Constitution to be a perfect one either,” he said.
