Galust Sahakyan receives letter from Ruben Hakobyan
Vice-Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly, Hermine Naghdalyan, today announced at the NA that NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan had received a letter from the head of the Heritage faction Ruben Hakobyan, who said he was stepping down as the head of the parliamentary bloc.
