Spokesperson: Gagik Tsarukyan not interested in sale of Electric Networks of Armenia
The spokesperson for the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Gagik Tsarukyan has refuted media reports that Tasrukyan is one of the new shareholders of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA). “According to the reports, the government has approved the sale of the 100% of shares of the EN to Liormand Holding Limited. I officially announce that Gagik Tsarukyan does not have any connection with the Liormand Holding Limited and the deal. Moreover, Gagik Tsarukyan has never had any intention to but the Electric Networks of Armenia. I would also advise all those who disseminate deliberate misinformation about Gagik Tsarukyan not to succumb to the unscrupulous practices of journalism because it will take only a few minutes to refute the allegations,” said Iveta Tonoyan.
