Psychological-psychiatric examination of Permyakov, who is accused of the murder of the Avetisyan family, started and ended on September 17 in the territory of Russian 102nd military base located in Gyumri. The examination was set as a result of mediation by the representatives of the successors of the victims. Based on this, the representatives of the successors Yerem Sargsyan, Lusine Sahakyan and Mihran Poghosyan were also present during the examination. The entry of journalists into the territory of the military base was banned.
