The Government today provided 5 million AMD for the organization of a concert at Liberty Square on September 21, Independence Day. The draft was presented by the Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan. Prime Minister responded “send an invitation so that we can participate”. Hasmik Poghosyan answered that the concert is open.
