Documents of the sale of ENA to be examined in three days
Short time ago the Government approved the bid of “Inter RAO Holding” company, according to which 100% shares of “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC must be sold to “Liormand Holdings Limited” company. The draft decision was presented by Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Yervand Zakharyan and noted that the Ministries of Energy and Natural Resources, Justice, Finances and Economy must examine the relevant documents and give a relevant conclusion. The Minister asked for three-day time. The Prime Minister satisfied the request, but the draft was adopted. To remind, in 2011 on these days, on September 15 the RA Government agreed to transfer the right to property of 100% shares of “Electric Networks of Armenia” CJSC from “Interenergo B.V.” company to “Inter RAO Holding B.V.” company.
