Raffi Hovannisian meets with French Ambassador
Raffi K. Hovannisian, Heritage Party chairman and founding director of the Armenian Center for National and International Studies (ACNIS), met today with H.E. Mr. Jean-Francois Charpentier, Ambassador of the French Republic in Armenia.
