The ENA demands to declare “Nairit” plant bankrupt: protest action near the court
A little later the second court hearing of the claim presented by the ENA will be held at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shengavit administrative district. According to the claim the ENA demands to declare “Nairit” plant bankrupt. Before the start of the court hearing, former employees of the plant have gathered near the building of the court and there is one demand- not to allow “Nairit” plant to go bankrupt and everything must be done so that it will be reopened. One of the former employees- Karine Shahverdyan noted in the interview with us that there are many chances to reopen the plant, they don’t believe the justifications by the officials that it is impossible to reopen the plant. According to the words of Mrs. Shahverdyan, due to such actions of protest they will be able to put pressure and stop the process of bankruptcy.
