Artsakh Defense Army: Enemy's attacks subdued
On July 21, Azerbaijani armed forces continued to intensively violate the ceasefire along the entire length of the Line of Contact between Azerbaijani and Karabakh armed forces, the Artsakh Defense Army reports. Azerbaijan violated the truces over 160 times yesterday, firing over 1600 shots at Armenian positions from different firearms, including 123 rounds of 60 mm mortars, RPG-7 anti-tank grenade launchers and 140 shots from large-caliber machine guns. Defense Army’s frontline units opened retaliatory fire to subdue the enemy’s attacks. The Artsakh Defense Army announces that it fully controls the situation and is ready to take disproportionate and punitive actions in case of necessity.
