Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cambodia and Nepal in one family
Armenia’s application has been upheld, which was presented to Shanghai Cooperation Organization to get a status of an observer state still in May, 2012. It has been announced by the RF President Vladimir Putin at the enlarged session of leaders of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's member states. “Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cambodia and Nepal are joining the family of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization as partners of the organization,” he said.
