The project of guillotine could cure, develop the economy and business, if it came up with the right legislative reforms, thinks Executive Director of Public Defenders Union, who doesn’t take part in the sittings of the National Center for Legislative Regulation anymore. The project of guillotine intends to reduce the bureaucracy and strengthen the ties between departments and citizens. Though, Aram Grigoryan says, for example in the case of the PSRC the project failed. The Committee must have balanced the interests of the enterprises and the public, but it became a political body by leaving out the public demand.
