Amavir residents join protests against energy price hike - alttv.am
Residents of Armenia’s Armavir city have joined protests against the pending rise in electricity tariffs, alttv.am reports. On Saturday, June 27, they held a march from a city park of the city to the central square where they announced a sit-in. Carrying posters that read “No to Plunder,” “We are not going to pay even a penny,” the young people express their dissatisfaction against the rise in electricity.
