Political analyst Alexander Margarov says there are young people in Armenia who have their own ideas about justice, struggle for it and in some cases succeed in their endeavours. “People have definite roles. There are people who try to lead but this is a social, rather than a political protest,” he says. Mr Margarov finds it positive that the activists ‘keep distance from’ political figures. When asked whether the audit in the Electric networks of Armenia would yield any results, the political analyst said, “Should it reveal the increase in electricity tariffs is not justified, Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) will also have a problem.” Yesterday it became known that the murder of the seven-member family in Gyumri will be investigated by the Armenian side. “An an opportune moment was chosen [for the authorities] to inform about the decision. They showed that they had problem with time,” he said.
