Yerevan.Today had a phone conversation with Victor Soghomonyan, Head of the Office of the RA second President Robert Kocharyan, in order to find out the attitude of the second president towards the electricity price hike and the demonstration against it. Victor Soghomonyan said the following by phone, “Robert Kocharyan is attentively following the developments. For now he doesn’t want to make a speech publicly on the topic of electricity price hike, as he doesn’t want to heat up the already tense situation.
