Actress Lala Mnatsakanyan regrets that she wasn’t at Baghramyan Avenue at dawn. According to her words, everybody is interested in electricity price hike, but today the people have been left alone. “I was looking and thinking about one thing, dear officials and intellectuals, those people have taken to the streets also for defending your children, they defend not only themselves, their rights, but they have taken to the streets for the future of your children and you punish them for that,” noted the actress in the interview with journalists. Artistic Director of the Puppet Theatre Ruben Babayan adds that the initiative must have developed concrete plans, “Just the desire isn’t enough, go to Baghramyan 26 and wait until the water cannons disperse them.” According to the words of Mr. Babayan, the Police took the steps, which they had promised, but they did it the way as it is done in Armenia, “Maybe better than in the past, thank God, we didn’t have victims, I know some people, who were taken to hospital.” Ruben Babayan thinks that the movement will start a fight for releasing the people, who were taken to police.
